4. Cancellations and Changes

Customers may cancel or change scheduled services with prior notice (24 hours). Charges may apply for cancellations or changes made without proper notification. In the event that the client has paid for one or more body parts of the car and the client decides to cancel the appointment, the money will not be refunded, the parts for which they have paid will be sent to the address that the client provides.
